Because of the increased shopping traffic many of the plazas had police out on the streets assisting to direct traffic.  I think we went past the same spot twice about two hours apart and noticed the same police officers were still on duty standing out in the cold. In the 30 course of the 30 days before my trip, I earned $100.  All I did was clicks, surveys and a few email sign ups as well as the shopping that I would have done anyway.
